Pinnacle ProWear is an online retailer specializing in premium made-to-order apparel and accessories. Every product is individually manufactured after an order is placed through our trusted production partners.

Because each item is custom produced, slight variations between products are normal and expected.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly due to:

Garment manufacturing tolerances
Print placement
Ink saturation
Fabric texture
Lighting during photography
Individual production methods

These minor differences are considered normal characteristics of custom-manufactured products and are not considered defects.

Your order is subject to acceptance by Pinnacle ProWear.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or violations of these Terms.

4. Custom Production

Every item sold by Pinnacle ProWear is produced after an order is placed.

Production generally begins shortly after purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are estimates only.

Pinnacle ProWear is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Customs
Holidays
Production volume
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Because every Pinnacle ProWear product is custom made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered
Color preference
Buyer's remorse
Minor manufacturing variations
Shipping delays outside our control

If your item arrives:

defective
or you receive the wrong product

Clear photographs

Verified issues may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
