Orders typically require processing time before shipment, as each item is produced individually through our fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping, but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

  • Third-party fulfillment providers

  • Holidays or service interruptions

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
