Returns & Refund Policy

All products sold by Pinnacle ProWear are made to order and custom produced. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not keep inventory in stock. Each item is printed and produced individually after your order is placed. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind

  • We do not accept exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed

  • We do not cancel orders after production has started

Please make sure to review sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Production Notice

All apparel is produced individually through a third-party printing and fulfillment partner. Due to the custom, print-on-demand process, slight differences may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Minor variations in print placement

  • Slight color differences between screen display and final product

  • Small imperfections in ink, stitching, or material

  • Differences between batches of the same design

These are normal and expected with custom-printed apparel and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

If the problem is verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
We do not offer refunds, only replacements for confirmed defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, Pinnacle Pro Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
